How long does delivery take?

Orders placed Monday - Friday up to 1:00 PM will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday. *Order Total is Excluding Delivery, i.e. you must spend €50 or more on products only to qualify for free delivery

How do I track my order?

Tracking your order couldn't be easier. Simply enter the Tracking Code we provide you after ordering on the GLS Couriers website to see the status of your order.

 

What is your returns policy?

We are happy to exchange or refund merchandise items if returned within 30 days of purchase, provided the goods are unused, unopened & in original packaging and accompanied by a valid Slumber Suite receipt or packing slip.

How do I exchange an item?

If you're returning the item for an exchange, you will first need to contact us by phone on +353 01 4507496 or email [email protected] to reserve the item. The item you wish to exchange for needs to be in stock at the time of contacting in order for us to arrange an exchange (please check the site to confirm it's in stock).

In all cases, please note the following:

  • Goods need to be returned ‘as sold’ and with all original packaging.

  • Goods must be complete, unused and re-packaged as received. (i.e. if a box has been opened, it should be undamaged or marked).

  • Any ‘free’ gifts received with the purchase must also be returned. We will not offer any compensation for the value of 'free' gifts.

  • All costs for returning items will be incurred by the customer, except in cases where there was an error with your order, in which case we may refund your costs.

Note: The return of any unwanted items is made at your own expense and risk. Full refunds are entirely conditional upon all of the above conditions being met and will be made less the cost of delivery. We do not refund customers for postage/courier costs incurred for returning items unless you are returning due to a fault with the item, the item was not delivered by the agreed date, or the wrong item was sent.
