Standard Delivery (1-3 working days)

Orders placed Monday - Friday up to 2:00 PM will be dispatched the same day for delivery within 1-3 working days. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday. If you need your item sooner, please choose Next Day Delivery (see below)

Standard Delivery is charged at €4.99 within Ireland (free over €60). Most Standard Delivery orders are currently sent by DPD or GLS Couriers

All orders are sent from our shop in Ballymount Dublin, Ireland so will not incur import duty/VAT or other cross-border payments.

Next Working Day Delivery

Charged at €8.99 is (most are sent with DPD couriers). Next Day delivery only applies to working days (Monday to Friday) and must be placed before 2pm to arrive on the next working day. Orders placed on the weekend or Bank Holidays will be dispatched the following Monday (excl Bank Holidays) for delivery on Tuesday.

  Brexit update    As we are based in the Republic of Ireland (Dublin), orders to ROI are NOT subject to import Duty/ VAT

Store Pickup

Store Pickup is available from our location at the Ballymount address below only. Our store is open Mon-Friday 12 to 6pm (closed Wednesday) At certain times of year (e.g. Christmas) we are open on Saturdays, but please contact in advance to confirm.

Returns

We are happy to exchange or refund your order if returned within 30 days of your receiving it (note exception on seasonal items below**), provided the goods are unused, unopened, unwashed & in original packaging and accompanied by a valid Slumber Suite receipt or returns form.

You can return by the following methods

• We can arrange for our courier GLS to pickup from your address. There is a €7.99 charge for this service, which will be deducted from your refund*
• You can return via your own method (e.g. An Post or other courier)
• You can return to our store at address below (see opening hours here)

We cannot refund original delivery charges paid.

**Seasonal Items (e.g. Christmas decorations, Bedding and Clothing). We can't accept returns for refund on these items. We may however be able to process exchanges (e.g. for a different size / design)

Large Items (including furniture & Mattresses)

Most large items are delivered free of charge within Republic of Ireland. However, for some locations, outside of a 100KM radius of our warehouse, we may have to charge a €49 delivery fee to cover extra mileage.
