So, what is a Doona?
It sounds similar to a 'Duvet', but what is a 'Doona', and essentially they're the same thing. In Australia, people often refer to what Europeans would call a 'Duvet' as a 'Doona'. Both are usually filled with either synthetic fibres (e.g. polyester or microfibre) or Natural fillings (such as feathers/down)
A Doona Cover is of course what covers the Doona! They will vary from polycotton to cotton (including Egyptian Cotton). In Ireland, we have a range of sizes of Doona Covers, including Single Doona Covers, Double Doona Covers, King Size Doona Covers and SuperKing Doona Covers
